Policies & Terms
Effective date: September 1st, 2025
By booking a session, you (and, for minors, your parent/guardian) agree to these Policies & Terms for Coach Collin Volleyball Skills Training (“we,” “us,” “our”).
1) Booking & Eligibility
Athletes must be physically able to participate in volleyball activities.
Minors (under 18): A parent/guardian must complete the booking and agree to all terms on the athlete’s behalf.
We may refuse or end a session if safety, health, or conduct concerns arise (see refunds below).
2) Payment Policy
Payment is required at the time of booking.
Semi-private sessions are charged per athlete; each parent/guardian pays for their athlete’s seat.
Prices may change; the current rate appears at checkout.
Payment processing fees are non-refundable unless we cancel the session.
3) Cancellation, Reschedule & No-Show (Eastern Time)
48+ hours before your session: Full refund or free one-time reschedule (rebook within 30 days; subject to availability).
24–48 hours before: No refund, but one free reschedule (rebook within 30 days; subject to availability).
Less than 24 hours: Non-refundable and not eligible for reschedule.
How to cancel/reschedule: Use the link in your confirmation email or reply to that email.
All deadlines use Eastern Time (ET).
No-Show & Late Arrival
No-show: Arriving 15+ minutes late without prior notice counts as a no-show; full fee applies.
Late arrivals end at the scheduled time to respect the next booking (make-ups not guaranteed).
4) Semi-Private Sessions (2–5 athletes)
Sessions run with the athletes who attend.
If one athlete cancels late or no-shows, their fee still applies and the session may proceed with the remaining athletes.
We aim to group similar age/skill when possible.
5) Conduct & Expectations
Arrive on time, ready to train, in proper court shoes, with a full water bottle.
Respectful behavior toward coaches and fellow athletes is required at all times.
Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their athlete is prepared and picked up on time after the session.
6) Facility Rules & Safety
Follow all posted facility rules and staff instructions.
No food or gum on courts; water only in spill-proof containers.
Personal belongings remain your responsibility.
7) Health & Medical
Do not attend if ill or showing contagious symptoms.
Inform the coach of relevant injuries or conditions before training.
In an emergency, you authorize us to obtain appropriate medical care; you agree to be financially responsible for related costs.
We are not a medical provider and do not give medical advice.
8) Assumption of Risk & Waiver of Liability
By booking, you acknowledge volleyball is a physical sport with inherent risks. You agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Coach Collin Volleyball Skills Training, its coaches, staff, and affiliates from liability for injuries, accidents, or damages occurring during participation in sessions, practices, clinics, or related activities, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
9) Weather, Coach Cancellations & Substitutions
If we cancel due to coach availability, facility issues, or inclement weather, you’ll receive a full refund or free reschedule—your choice.
A qualified substitute coach may be assigned when needed.
10) Packages, Credits & Gift Cards
Not currently offered. If/when enabled:
Non-transferable; valid only for the named athlete.
Expiration appears at purchase (typical validity: 6 months).
Unused/expired sessions are non-refundable.
11) Photography, Video & Testimonials (Opt-In Only)
We do not use photos/video of athletes for marketing unless a parent/guardian explicitly opts in (e.g., a consent checkbox at booking or written email consent).
You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@coachcollinvolleyball.com (subject: “Withdraw Media Consent”). Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful uses.
12) Personal Property
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items brought to sessions.
13) Communications & Privacy
Contact information is used for booking updates and training communications.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
We do not sell personal information.
14) Refunds—General
Refunds are only as stated in Section 3 or when we cancel a session (Section 9).
Merchandise or third-party products (if any) follow the return policy shown at purchase.
15) Changes to Policies
We may update these Policies & Terms. The version posted on our website at the time of booking applies to your session.
16) Governing Law & Disputes
Governed by the laws of the State of New York.
Disputes are handled in New York courts unless otherwise required by law.
